Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil; 1/2 tsp Pepper, freshly grnd; 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil; 2 x Cloves garlic, sliced; 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine; 1 lb Frzn bread dough, thawed; 3/4 lb Chicken breast, cut into strips; 1/4 lb Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled; 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated; 1 Tbsp. Fresh sage leaves

Ингредиенты

2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp Pepper, freshly grnd
2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 x Cloves garlic, sliced
2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
1 lb Frzn bread dough, thawed
3/4 lb Chicken breast, cut into strips
1/4 lb Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. Fresh sage leaves

Инструкции

With 2 tsp oil, grease 14-inch pizza pan; sprinkle with cornmeal. In skillet, over medium heat, heat butter in remaining oil; saute/fry chicken, sage, pepper and salt 3 min. Remove. In drippings, saute/fry onions and garlic 30 min. Preheat oven to 450 F. Pat dough into pizza pan; fold edges under 1/4 inch. Bake 5 min. Sprinkle with onions, then chicken and cheeses; bake 10 min, till golden brown.
