  • 4 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. orange juice juice of 2 lemons

  1. Combine water and sugar in pan and bring to boil. Boil for 5 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cold. Stir in juices and pour mix into a freezer pan or possibly cake pan and freeze for 30 min. Remove from freezer, stir thoroughly, and replace. Repeat after 30 min. Remove mix from the freezer, stir again, and press into paper c.. Cover tops of c. and freeze till hard.
  2. NOTES : Variations: Substituting the juice from another fruit for the orange juice, retaining the lemon juice in the recipe. Raspberry, pineapple, strawberry or possibly grape juice.
