Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. Can lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Grated lemon rind
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 x Egg white
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs

Инструкции

  1. Refrigeratecan lowfat milk in ice tray till almost frzn around edges. In large bowl mix egg yolk, 3 Tbsp. sugar, lemon rind and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice.
  2. Beat till stiff, egg white and gradually beat in 2 Tbsp. sugar. Fold egg white mix into egg yolk mix. Whip lowfat milk in cool bowl till fluffy. To this add in 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice and whip stiff. Fold into egg mix. Put into ice tray and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over top.
  3. Freeze in ice tray. Don't stir.
  4. Serves 4.
