Инструкции

Combine brandied fruit starter with 1 c. sugar and 1 c. peaches in a large covered jar or possibly crock. Let stand for 2 weeks, stirring frequently. Add in 1 c. sugar, and 1 c. pineapple chunks. Let stand for 2 weeks, stirring frequently. Stir in 1 c. of sugar and 1 c. of cherries. Let stand for 2 weeks. Repeat entire process. Add in 1/2 ounce brandy. Store at room temperature, adding fruit and sugar as needed and 1/2 ounce. brandy every 2 months. Serve over ice cream.
