2 c. lowfat sour cream 2 c. sugar

24 ounce coconut (frzn) 1 pkg. Devils Food cake mix

Инструкции

1. Put together lowfat sour cream and sugar in bowl. Mix well. Stir in coconut. Refrigerate overnight.Prepare and bake cake as directed. (This can be made into a 9 x 13 inch cake or possibly 2 layers.) Cool cake completely. Split cake into layers with a large knife. This will make 2 layers if making a 9 x 13 inch or possibly 4 layers if using regular cake pans. Turn layers cake side up and spread with coconut mix. Ice sides of cake with Cool Whip.
