Ingredients: 6 c. Self-rising flour; 1 c. Fresh bread crumbs; 1 Tbsp. Mixed herbs; 1/4 c. Solid shortening; 1 x Egg, beaten Broth or possibly water Salt & pepper to taste

Ингредиенты

6 c. Self-rising flour
1 c. Fresh bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Mixed herbs
1/4 c. Solid shortening
1 x Egg, beaten Broth or possibly water Salt & pepper to taste

Инструкции

Mix dry ingredients, then add in shortening & egg, mixing thoroughly.
Divide mix into small pcs, roll into even rounds between floured hands. Cook in boiling water or possibly broth for 15 min. Add in to stew 20 min before stew is done.
