Ingredients: 1 lb Cream cheese; 1 lb Ricotta cheese; 2 c. Sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1/2 c. Soft butter; 4 x Large eggs; 1/2 c. Flour; 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice; 1 pt Lowfat sour cream

Ингредиенты

1 lb Cream cheese
1 lb Ricotta cheese
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c. Soft butter
4 x Large eggs
1/2 c. Flour
1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1 pt Lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

Put all ingredients in bowl and beat with mixer on medium speed for 20 min or possibly till light and creamy, Pour into 9 inch sping pan Bake at 350 % for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let set in oven for 2 hrs.
