1 c. Lowfat milk
1/3 c. Flour
1 c. Crisco

1 c. Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

Cook lowfat milk and flour till thick and bubbly. Cold completely Mix together crisco, sugar and vanilla. Beat both mixtures together with whip attatchment on mixer for at least 5 min or possibly till sugar is no longer grainy.
