Ингредиенты

2 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. dry white wine 2 green onions, minced 2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 pound crabmeat 1/4 c. minced pimento 2 pound round loaf or possibly bread, wheat or possibly rye

1. In small bowl, mix and beat cream cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in mayonnaise, wine, green onions, garlic and Worcestershire sauce till smooth and well blended. Stir in crab and pimento. Slice off top of bread loaf. Scoop out center of loaf to make basket.Place bread on baking sheet, fill center with crab mix. Bake about 45 min at 350 degrees, till very warm. Serve with crackers or possibly fresh vegetables.
