Ингредиенты

  • 6 c. Cubed cinnamon swirl bread
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 4 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Sweetened whipped cream

Инструкции

  1. Place bread in greased 2 qt shallow baking dish. Sprinkle raisins over bread. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar and vanilla. Pour over bread. Bake at 350 for 40 min or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve hot with whipped cream. If you like, garnish with cinna mon stick, mint leaf and confectioner's sugar.
