Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. Chocolate Wafer Cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Gelatin
  • 1/4 c. Cool Water
  • 3 x Egg Yolks, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk, scalded
  • 3 x Egg Whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1 c. Whipping Cream, whipped

Инструкции

  1. Mix crushed wafers and butter together and pat into a buttered 8 x 11-inch cake pan. Chill.
  2. Soften gelatin in cool water and set aside. In top of double boiler combine eg yolks, sugar, salt, and lowfat milk. Add in custard to gelatin mix and cold.
  3. Fold stiffly beaten egg whites, whipped cream, and vanilla into gelatin-custard mix. Pour into crust. May be garnished with additional cookie crumbs. Refrigeratefor several hrs before serving.
