1 pkg. egg roll wrappers 1 can whole peeled green chiles 1 pound grnd beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning

Salsa Lowfat sour cream Grated cheese

1. Cook beef with taco seasoning. Wrap beef, cheese and chiles in egg roll wrappers. Fry till brown. Top with salsa.
