  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 lb Chicken thigh meat, boneless skinless, fatless, diced into 1 1/2 inch long & 1 1/2 inch wide pcs
  • 4 Tbsp. Plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic paste
  • 8 piece each green pepper and onion, (cut just like chicken)
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Coriander pwdr
  • 4 ounce Water

  1. Rub the yogurt on chicken and leave it to chill for about two hrs.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add in ginger and garlic. After 30 seconds, add in pcs of onion, green pepper and the marinated chicken. Stir frequently till the chicken turns a little brown.
  3. Now add in coriander pwdr and red chili pwdr. Add in salt to taste.
  4. Keep stirring frequently.
  5. After 3 or possibly 4 min add in the water and let everything simmer gently. check from time to time and as soon as the chicken feels cooked, you are ready to serve it.
