- 3 ounce pkg. softened cream cheese
- 2 T melted butter
- 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 T lowfat milk
- 1 T minced pimento
- 1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury crescent rolls
- Onion (if you like)

- Blend cream cheese and butter; add in chicken, salt, pepper, lowfat milk, onion, and pimento. Mix well. Separate rolls into squares. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mix into center and seal.Brush top with 1 tbsp butter; dip in 3/4 cupful seasoned croutons (crushed). Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 20-25 min at 350 degrees.
