  • 2 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk chocolate-covered raisins, minced
  • 1/2 c. Egg substitute
  • 1/4 c. Bourbon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 can Evaporated skimmed lowfat milk, (12-oz)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well. Pour mix into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Spoon the ice lowfat milk into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 2 hrs or possibly till hard. S: 8 c. (serving size: 1/2 c.).
