Ингредиенты
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 1 c. cream (whipped) or possibly use 2 1/2 sm. Cold Whips
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 pts. blueberries
- 1 can pineapple tidbits

- Crush vanilla wafers and put 3/4 of crumbs in 8x11 dish. Mix whipped cream and nuts. Cover crumbs with cream and nut mix. Sprinkle blueberries over cream mix.
- Combine sugar, butter and egg. Beat till smooth and spread over blueberries. Cover with pineapple and a little more whipped cream. Sprinkle a few crumbs over top. Cover. Refrigerate24 hrs.
