Ингредиенты

  • 6 c. Apple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 3 c. Couscous
  • 1 pt Blueberries

Инструкции

  1. Pick over bb's, wash and set on paper towels to dry
  2. Combine apple juice, vanilla, and couscous in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly till thickened & all juice absorbed. Remove from heat.
  4. Gently fold the bb's into warm mix.
  5. Rinse but do not dry a 9x14 (inch) cake pan & pour the mix into it.
  6. Refrigeratetill set, about 2 hrs.
  7. Cut into squares, and devour WITHOUT GUILT.
  8. Variations:Use strawberries in place of blueberries, top with unsweetened fruit jam thinned with a little water, arrange fruit slices on top for decoration.
