Ingredients: 2 med Banana, mashed; 1 x Egg; 1/2 c. Buttermilk; 1/4 c. Vegetable oil; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 c. Sugar; 3/4 x plus 2 Tbsp. Flour; 6 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/4 tsp Salt; 4 ounce Cream cheese, room temp.; 1 x Egg; 2 Tbsp. Sugar; 2/3 c. Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Ингредиенты

2 med Banana, mashed
1 x Egg
1/2 c. Buttermilk
1/4 c. Vegetable oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Sugar
3/4 x plus 2 Tbsp. Flour
6 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr
1 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
1/4 tsp Salt
4 ounce Cream cheese, room temp.
1 x Egg
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2/3 c. Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Инструкции

TOPPING
Beat cream cheese, 1 egg and sugar till smooth. Set aside.
In large bowl mix bananas, egg, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. In small bowl combine sugar, flour, cocoa, soda, baking pwdr, and salt; add in to banana mix. Stir just till moistened, Line 12 muffin c. with liners. Fill 2/3 full with batter, spoon about 1 Tbsp. of cream cheese mix over top. Bake 350 for 25 min.
