Ingredients: 2 lb grnd beef; 1 c. bread crumbs; 1 tsp garlic pwdr; 2 pkt onion soup mix; 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 2 x Large eggs; 2 x onions minced; 2 can tomato paste (12 ounces total); 2 x cloves garlic chopped; 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce; 1/4 c. red wine vinegar; 1/2 c. brown sugar; 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish; 1/2 c. beef broth; 2 tsp salt; 2 tsp dry mustard

Ингредиенты

2 lb grnd beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic pwdr
2 pkt onion soup mix
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 x Large eggs
2 x onions minced
2 can tomato paste (12 ounces total)
2 x cloves garlic chopped
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. beef broth
2 tsp salt
2 tsp dry mustard

Инструкции

Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Shape into meatballs and brown in a skillet with 1 Tbsp. of oil. Drain on paper towels.
Add in all sauce ingredients to crock pot and stir well. Add in meatballs and cook, covered, on LOW for 5 to 6 hrs (HIGH for 2 to 3 hrs). Serve from the crock pot.
This recipe yields about 60 meatballs.
Yield: 60 meatballs
