  • 1 pkt (8 ounce.) elbow macaroni
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Melted butter

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Butter 1-qt baking dish. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
  2. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in heavy saucepan; blend in flour. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour in lowfat milk gradually and cook, stirring constantly till mix thickens. Add in seasonings and cheese, stirring till cheese is melted. Add in macaroni and transfer to prepared baking dish.
  3. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over macaroni. Bake for 30 min.
  4. Makes 6 servings
