Ingredients: 1/2 c. Oil; 2 c. Sugar; 3 x Large eggs; 3 c. Flour; 1 tsp Soda; 2 tsp Salt; 2 tsp Vanilla; 3 c. Apples; 1 c. Coconut; 1 c. Pecans; 1 c. Brown sugar; 1/2 c. Margarine; 1/2 c. Lowfat milk

Ингредиенты

1/2 c. Oil
2 c. Sugar
3 x Large eggs
3 c. Flour
1 tsp Soda
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla
3 c. Apples
1 c. Coconut
1 c. Pecans
1 c. Brown sugar
1/2 c. Margarine
1/2 c. Lowfat milk

Инструкции

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a tube pan. Mix oil & sugar in lg mixing bowl. Add in Large eggs, flour, soda, vanilla, & salt. Beat with electric mixer till well blended & mix is stiff. Stir in apples, coconuts, & pecans.
Spoon into cake pan, bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Topping:Mix all ingredients well. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Pour over warm cake.
