Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Hot water (105-115)
  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Dissolve yeast & sugar in hot water in medium bowl. Fold in baking mix & lowfat milk till dough forms. Gently smooth into a ball on surface dusted with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2" thick. Cut with 2" biscuit cutter dipped in baking mix. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  2. Let rise in hot place about 30 min or possibly till soft & puffed. Heat oven to 425. Bake 6-8 min or possibly till golden. For high altitude: Let rise for 20 min. Heat oven to 450. Bake 5 min.
