Ingredients: 2/3 c. shortening; 1 2/3 c. sugar; 3 x Large eggs; 1 c. Amish batter; 1 tsp vanilla; 2/3 c. cocoa; 1 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp salt; 2 c. flour; 1/2 tsp baking pwdr; 3/4 c. cool water; 1 c. nuts minced

Ингредиенты

2/3 c. shortening
1 2/3 c. sugar
3 x Large eggs
1 c. Amish batter
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp baking pwdr
3/4 c. cool water
1 c. nuts minced

Инструкции

Cream shortening and sugar. Add in Large eggs, Amish batter and vanilla. Beat 2 min on medium speed. In a separate bowl, combine cocoa, baking soda, salt, flour and baking pwdr Add in flour mix to batter alternately with cool water. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. Fold in nuts by hand. Pour into greased and floured 9x12 pan. Bake at 375 F 30-40 min.
