Name: Almond Poppy Seed Bread
Ingredients: 3 c. Flour; 2 1/2 c. Sugar; 1 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr; 2 Tbsp. Poppy seed; 3 x Large eggs; 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk; 1 1/8 c. Oil; 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 1 1/2 tsp Almond extract; 1/4 c. Orange juice; 3/4 c. Sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1/2 tsp Almond extract

Ингредиенты

3 c. Flour
2 1/2 c. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
2 Tbsp. Poppy seed
3 x Large eggs
1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
1 1/8 c. Oil
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 tsp Almond extract
1/4 c. Orange juice
3/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Almond extract

Инструкции

Mix all batter ingredients in a large bowl. Pour batter into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cold 5 min.
Blend orange glaze ingredients. Pour over loaves while still hot in pans.
Cold 5 min, then remove loaves from pans.
